Where is my data stored?
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have servers or access to your data.
How do I back up my plants?
RootBase supports iCloud auto-backup. You can also export a ZIP backup from the More tab.
How does the watering schedule work?
RootBase uses an adaptive algorithm that learns from your watering habits. The more you log, the more accurate it becomes.
Can I recover deleted plants?
Once a plant is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We recommend keeping iCloud backup enabled.
